Papabrowne's Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@papabrowne.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1, Coward Industrial Estate, Grays, RM16 4BF, Essex, UK.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Appearance and Descriptions

Descriptions of our goods are set out on our site. Please read the descriptions carefully.

We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, colours, dimensions, specifications, descriptions and packaging. We may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice. The packaging of our products may also vary from time to time, but this will not affect the contents.

Any pictures and images provided on the site, including of packaging, are for illustration purposes only. Your goods and their packaging may vary slightly from those pictures or images.

We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your device will match exactly the appearance of your goods. The colours of the goods displayed on our site may vary depending on what device you are using and your settings.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. -
European Union 14 day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer services by e-mail hello@papabrowne.com. Provided your cancellation request is received before your items have been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you in full without charge.

Should your items already be on their way to your chosen address, it may not always be possible to stop them from being delivered in time. In these instances, you must take every reasonable step to ensure the goods do not become damaged or spoiled until such a time as we can arrange collection. Failure to do so may result in a refund being partially or wholly refused. Please note that Section 6 takes precedence over this section.

Returning goods if you cancel your order

If you cancel an order for goods and you have already received your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us that you want to cancel your order. The deadline is met if you send the goods back to us before the 14-day period has expired.

We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

Goods must be returned to us in a new and unused condition and, to the extent possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for the goods while they are in your possession.

Unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the condition of any of your goods, for any reason, please contact us at hello@papabrowne.com .

Should you have an issue with the quality of any of our goods, we will ask you to provide photographic evidence.

If you do not let us know of a problem within five days of having received an order, or if you dispose of any of our goods without having first obtained photographic evidence, we will not be able to accept your claim.
